HTAV Publishing

HTAV Publishing is part of the History Teachers’ Association of Victoria (HTAV). HTAV is a not-profit teacher association dedicated to improving the teaching and learning of History in Australian schools. HTAV Publishing consists of two part-time staff members and we are proud that our publishing competes with large educational publishers. We aim to ensure teachers of History can access excellent teaching resources that are aligned to the curriculum, enable History to be engaging for students, and to encourage more students to choose History beyond the compulsory years. To support our mission to increase the number of students studying senior history, we have focused our publishing on VCE textbooks so that schools have the resources to offer History at this level.
